Sarmant & Bennett had the unique opportunity to document the diverse range of customer experiences and events at the Microsoft Flagship New York Experience Center. The project commenced with a focus on the exclusive Microsoft VIP Tour Experience, designed to immerse customers in the latest Microsoft Software, Technology, and interactive gaming. The tour highlighted cutting-edge devices and demos such as the HoloLens, Surface Studio, and Surface Hub. The primary objective of this endeavor was to effectively showcase, excite, and promote the myriad of innovative experiences available at Microsoft’s New York Flagship Experience location.

SOLUTION

Our creative team meticulously captured the journey of Microsoft customers throughout the captivating VIP Tour experience and the exhilarating E-Sports Gaming Tournament. Through immersive storytelling techniques, we provided viewers with an interactive glimpse into the array of technologies, the dynamic Microsoft staff, and the genuine reactions of customers to these unique and innovative experiences. By crafting visually stunning recaps, our aim was to entice and motivate Microsoft customers to participate in this exciting adventure.

INSIGHTS

The project yielded exceptional results. The visuals produced were strategically utilized as merchandising material, prominently displayed across all monitors and screens within the Microsoft New York Location. This effectively generated awareness and anticipation for both the tour and events. As a result, attendance for both the events and the tour surged by an impressive 30%. This significant increase solidified the New York Microsoft Flagship location as a premier destination to showcase Microsoft’s groundbreaking technology and engage with its dynamic team.
